Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Quality Review Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting physical checks and call-out activities for Credit Card and Installment applications solicited by Telemarketing Units.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough investigations of all Credit Card and Installment applications submitted through Telemarketing Units.
  • Engage in outreach activities with BDO cardholders to validate the authenticity of their applications.
  • Ensure the quality of applications by verifying completeness, accuracy, and validity of information.
  • Maintain strict adherence to turn-around-time requirements for physical checking and QR call out.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or graduate of a four-year or five-year course.
  • At least two years of relevant work experience, preferably in credit or banking institutions.

Candidates must be willing to work on-site and be assigned to Ortigas.
