Job Overview

  • We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead business development initiatives, driving growth and innovation in our supply chain.

About the Role

  • Manage end-to-end supply chain processes, including market research, lead generation, sales outreach, and negotiations, partner onboarding, and day-to-day account maintenance.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion by acquiring new partners to diversify our supply offerings and increase volume with current suppliers.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with transportation partners, proactively engaging with them to understand their needs and optimize supply opportunities.
  • Analyze and monitor supply performance metrics, such as rates, coverage, and availability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective representation of our supply offerings on our platforms.
  • Provide actionable insights, track industry trends, analyze competitor activities, and recommend strategic actions based on data-driven analysis.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in e-commerce and online travel agencies (OTAs) supply.
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to lead negotiations, drive growth, and build lasting partner relationships.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks based on strategic importance and business impact.
  • Fully proficient in English; additional language skills are an asset.
  • Willingness to travel for partner visits or to explore new opportunities as required.
  • Familiarity with competitors, the travel market, and ground transportation is a plus.
