Job Title

A Senior Project Manager is sought to lead a high-performing team in delivering strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, and people management.

  • This role plays a critical part in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, providing support to team members, and optimizing project staffing.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assign resources to client engagements, ensuring effective project utilization and revenue growth.
  2. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders through partnership, cooperation, and trust.
  3. Manage concurrent client projects, identifying risk, escalations, and issue resolution while overseeing project activities between clients and internal/external resources.
  4. Mentor staff in Agile methodologies and best practices in project management to enhance delivery.
  5. Communicate clear responsibilities, accountabilities, and growth plans to teams through work assignments, training, and performance appraisals.
  6. Evaluate consultants' skills and align them with Practice technology roadmaps to improve bench time efficiency.
  7. Align program scope with strategic business objectives, soliciting feedback from Delivery Owners on engagement alignment.
  8. Conduct interviews of prospective GDC candidates.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and people management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively up to executive levels.
  • Experience aligning diverse teams across multiple locations to deliver projects.
  • Strong sense of collaboration with Leadership.
  • Deep knowledge in stakeholder management, people management, and software project delivery.
  • Ability to create sound work plans and resolve competing trade-offs.
  • Experience managing up to 20 people and guiding their career development.
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Demonstrated experience in Agile best practices and delivery methodologies.
