  • Customer Service & Communication:
  • Answer incoming calls professionally and provide prompt assistance to clients and drivers.
  • Modify or cancel trips as needed based on client medical appointments and transportation requirements.
  • Monitor driver locations and adjust routes in real-time to address delays or changes.
  • Driver Monitoring & Compliance:
  • Track vehicle movement to ensure adherence to schedules and trip assignments.
  • Identify potential issues and notify drivers and clients promptly.
  • Data Management:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of trips, client information, and driver logs.
  • Confidentiality & Compliance:
  • Handle sensitive patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.
