Key Responsibilities:

  • Renew ORCR for second-hand vehicles before the expiration date.
  • Apply for new ORCR for new trucks in real-time.
  • Create stickers for new delivery vehicles and replace damaged plate stickers as needed.
  • Update truck delivery dates in real-time.
  • Manage and update monthly toll fees and print toll fee invoices.
  • Oversee insurance expense amortization in real-time.
  • Process PA&PCP applications upon receipt of the plate number.
  • Monitor insurance claims in coordination with designated personnel.
  • Oversee GPS service monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations, including vehicle licensing, insurance, and safety inspections.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, servicing, and repairs.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, including service providers, insurance companies, and leasing agencies.
  • Provide reports and recommendations to management on fleet performance and cost-saving strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in logistics, trucking, or freight claims management preferred.
  • Knowledge of freight transportation regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
