The Category Management Transformation Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving strategic procurement activities for assigned categories at the local level, ensuring alignment with business objectives and global strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as category liaison for senior management, fostering collaboration and communication among stakeholders to drive operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement initiatives within the organization for sub-categories, focusing on cost optimization and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to financial planning, deliver value-driven results, and ensure stakeholder collaboration and business partnership.
- Apply advanced Category Management principles, develop strategic plans, and support efficient supplier list management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- University degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain management or business administration.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in FMCG company in a strategic procurement position, with expertise in supply chain/procurement management and a deep understanding of Category Management principles.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office and SAP, and experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
