We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Certificates Operations Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance operations and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in regular internal and external calibration sessions to ensure process consistency
  • Track and document client information accurately using required reporting formats
  • Evaluate and analyze requests, transactions, and source documents for processing and billing
  • Ensure compliance with established standards and procedures
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the center

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance claims, policy processing, or related insurance work
  • Graduate of a business-related course
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Typing speed of 40–50 WPM
  • Proficient in evaluating insurance contracts and data entry
  • Willingness to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig City
  • Flexible to work night shifts, holidays, and weekends as needed
