About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote our luxury hotel's offerings, engage with our audience, and enhance our brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with our branding and goals.
  • Manage daily posts on platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
  • Create and manage engaging content (photos, videos, stories, and copy) to showcase our hotel.
  • Work with marketing and PR teams on campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Respond promptly to social media interactions, reviews, and messages to ensure great guest relations.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and competitor activities.
  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH INFLUENCERS AND BRAND AMBASSADORS FOR COLLABORATIONS.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and look across platforms.
Qualifications:
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, ideally in luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Skilled in creating visual content, including photography and videography.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a guest-focused mindset.
  • Familiarity with Monaco's culture, events, and luxury market is a plus.
