We are a forward-thinking company seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our marketing department, you will be responsible for expanding our affiliate network through TikTok influencers.

Job Overview

In this role, you will identify and manage relationships with TikTok influencers to drive brand awareness and sales. This is an exciting opportunity to work with micro to mega-influencers and develop your skills in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify TikTok influencers across various tiers.
  • Propose affiliate collaborations and negotiate terms.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with influencers.
  • Track campaign performance and collaborate with the marketing team.
Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience in influencer marketing or social media management is preferred, but we welcome applicants with or without experience who are eager to be trained.
  • Highly motivated with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of TikTok and its influencer landscape.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Passion for digital marketing.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy:
