As a Social Media Manager, the role focuses on developing and implementing strategies to highlight the hotel's luxury offerings, connect with audiences, and enhance brand visibility.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with the hotel's branding and goals.- Manage daily posts on platforms like Instagram and Facebook.- Create and manage engaging content (photos, videos, stories, and copy) to showcase the hotel.- Work with marketing and PR teams on campaigns, promotions, and events.- Respond promptly to social media interactions, reviews, and messages to ensure great guest relations.- Analyze performance metrics and provide reports with actionable insights.- Stay updated on social media trends and competitor activities.- Build relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors for collaborations.- Maintain a consistent brand voice and look across platforms.Qualifications:- 2–3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, ideally in luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands.- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Skilled in creating visual content, including photography and videography.- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.- Strong interpersonal skills and a guest-focused mindset.- Familiarity with Monaco’s culture, events, and luxury market is a plus.How to Apply:Ensure that you will provide resume along with your work portfolio.
