About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Global Payroll Operations Specialist to join our team at Manpower Core Group Inc. This role will be responsible for delivering payroll services across in-house and outsourced countries, with a focus on ensuring compliance and accuracy.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in global payroll operations, preferably with experience in ANZ Payroll. They will also have excellent leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing teams across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver payroll services across 17 countries, with approximately 30 pay runs per month
* Manage a team of approximately 150 resources, servicing over 75,000 pay slips monthly
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including STP, Superannuation, and Tax Remittances
