  • About the Job:

    We are seeking an Application Management Specialist to join our team. As an Application Management Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring batch jobs, investigating failures, and performing routine maintenance tasks.

    You will also be required to communicate with stakeholders and users, execute workarounds and resolutions for issues encountered, and create and escalate tickets as needed.

    Furthermore, you will man and respond to chat support, acknowledge and respond to emails from stakeholders/users, and trigger and facilitate calls to resolve issues as necessary.

  • Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:

    The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering courses and possess excellent communication skills. Additionally, you should have experience with data visualization, information delivery, dashboards, and reports, as well as data warehouse and business intelligence concepts.

    Prior experience with Azure data platform and components is preferred but not mandatory.
