Job Summary
The Contract Training Coordinator is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for managing APAC learning programs for bilingual audiences. This position entails scheduling sessions, coordinating facilitators, tracking attendance, and providing Mandarin & English participant support.
Main Responsibilities- Language Support: Provide bilingual communication for Manufacturing training programs and participant assistance.
- Regional Management: Optimize sessions for APAC time zones, liaise with vendors, and manage participant service desk.
- Quality & Backup: Document processes, provide cross-program support, and ensure coverage during peak periods.
- Service Excellence: Maintain a 24-hour SLA response, prepare regional reports, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Team Coordination and Management: Proven ability to coordinate and manage teams effectively.
- Vendor Liaison Experience: Experience in liaising with vendors and managing relationships.
- Strong Organizational and Scheduling Skills: Excellent organizational and scheduling skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
