Project Manager Role

We are seeking an exceptional Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope, timeline, resources, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and deliverables.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Facilitate effective communication and cooperation among team members.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members.
  • Encourage innovation and creativity within the team.
Stakeholder Communication:
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the project team.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, goals, requirements, and timelines to stakeholders.
  • Address client concerns promptly and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality Assurance:
  • Develop quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet client specifications and standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and implement improvements.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Evaluate project performance and implement best practices.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Pitches and Presentations:
  • Participate in pitch presentations and brainstorming sessions.
  • Assist in preparing presentation materials and communicating ideas effectively.
Industry Knowledge:
  • Be knowledgeable on market developments and opportunities around advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to creative operations and project management.
  • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Share insights and best practices for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, advertising, creative, or technology industries is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools is preferable.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work setting.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.
