As a Senior Training Lead, you'll play a crucial role in driving and elevating our training programs. With 3-5+ years of experience in training development and leadership, particularly in customer service environments, you'll lead the development and execution of advanced training initiatives.

This strategic role involves managing complex training logistics, mentoring a team of training professionals, and ensuring training programs are comprehensive and effective. You'll assess and enhance learner performance through detailed feedback, create presentations for weekly huddles, and ensure training programs cover different channels, including voice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars to drive knowledge retention and skill enhancement.
  • Evaluate and refine training effectiveness using various assessment methods, track training rollouts, and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and departments to design and implement learning solutions, applying advanced instructional design theories and methods.
  • Oversee training tickets, respond to on-demand requests for training reports and documentation, and perform other duties as assigned.
Must Have:
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of training professionals, with strong organizational, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in training across various channels, including voice, with a deep understanding of instructional design, training management, and program evaluation.
  • Extensive experience in training development and leadership, particularly in customer service environments, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improvement.
