Project Coordinator

The Construction Estimator plays a pivotal role in defining project scope and managing construction costs.
Key Responsibilities- Establishes and maintains relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.
- Develops and implements comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conducts site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide on-site support as needed.
- Collaborates with project managers to analyze data, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
- 5+ years of experience in construction estimating or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a focus on cost control and efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
