Marketing Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts, including social media management, content creation, coordination of photoshoots, and supplier liaison.

Responsibilities
  • Social Media Management – Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media calendar across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Viber, Pinterest, and TikTok. Create engaging post copies tailored for each platform. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the audience effectively.
  • Content Creation – Assist in copywriting for various marketing materials, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
  • Photoshoot Coordination – Collaborate with photographers, models, and stylists to coordinate photoshoots, aligning all elements with the brand’s vision.
  • Supplier Liaison – Liaise with suppliers for offline marketing needs, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality materials.
  • Paid Advertising – Manage paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and increase brand visibility.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting – Assist in monitoring the performance of digital marketing initiatives. Analyze key metrics and prepare reports to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Market Research and Learning – Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools, sharing insights with the team. Learn and grow within the role, gaining experience and knowledge in the field.
  • Events and Initiatives – Support the marketing team in organizing events, webinars, and online initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and coordination of marketing activities.
  • Familiarity with paid advertising platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a creative mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
