We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join our team.
- This role involves providing exceptional customer service via chat, email, or phone, handling inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns.
In this position, you will utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support. Additionally, you will stay informed on product updates and support practices to ensure a consistent customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
- Comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once
- Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
