Appointment Setter Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable individual to fill the role of Appointment Setter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, setting appointments, and supporting our sales team.


Job Description
  • Prospect Outreach: Engage with potential clients via outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Inbound Call Management: Answer inbound calls professionally, respond to inquiries, and convert incoming leads into appointments.
  • Provide accurate information about products or services and ensure callers receive prompt assistance.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments or meetings between prospects, sales teams, and local dealers.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to ensure a smooth transition for the sales team.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and appointment statuses in the CRM system.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure appointments are confirmed and rescheduled if necessary.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on call activities, appointment outcomes, and any obstacles encountered during the process.
  • Continuous Improvement: Seek feedback and actively participate in training sessions to enhance appointment-setting techniques and overall performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must have appointment-setting experience.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and other digital communication tools.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Motivation: Self-driven, goal-oriented, and resilient in the face of rejection.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing market trends.

Work setup: This is a bring-your-own-equipment role; all necessary tasks must be completed using personal hardware.
