Senior Performance Marketing Specialist Job Summary

We are seeking a highly strategic and hands-on Senior Performance Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in Meta, Google Ads, and social media advertising. This role is ideal for someone who not only understands performance metrics but also thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment.

  • Digital Ad Campaigns: Develop and execute high-performing ad strategies to acquire new customers and drive revenue growth across multiple platforms.
  • Paid Campaign Management: Set up, manage, and continuously optimize paid campaigns to align with business objectives and return on ad spend (ROAS) targets.
  • Social Media Expansion: Expand reach through LinkedIn and TikTok campaigns where applicable.
Creative & Copywriting
  • Ad Copywriting: Write compelling, conversion-optimized ad copy tailored to each platform, audience, and funnel stage.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the creative team to ideate and test ad variations, including static, video, carousel, and user-generated content formats.
  • UGC Management: Source and manage UGC creators, develop creative briefs, and analyze performance to iterate on top-performing content.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Campaign Monitoring: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Reporting Insights: Prepare regular reports with actionable insights, campaign results, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • KPI Tracking: Own and track key marketing KPIs such as cost per acquisition (CPA), ROAS, click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate (CVR), and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with content, design, product, and data teams to ensure alignment across messaging, creative, and strategy.
  • Performance Communication: Communicate performance results and strategic initiatives clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
