We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy professional to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.
This role is responsible for providing daily administrative and communication support, ensuring seamless operations and efficient workflows.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and organize email inbox, responding promptly and professionally.
- Update company website with book details, announcements and author information.
- Communicate with authors, providing timely updates, support, and guidance.
- Handle inquiries and messages across different platforms with accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain and update databases, files, and shared drives as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to streamline daily operations.
- Assist in scheduling, reminders, and coordination with external stakeholders.
- Excellent written and spoken English (with flawless grammar and spelling).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Prior experience in administrative support, preferably in publishing, creative or media industries.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to update websites and manage online communication tools.
- Professional communication style with strong attention to detail.
- Open-minded and comfortable working with diverse authors and genres, including LGBTQ+ publications.
