We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to join our team as a Governance and Compliance Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate governance, contract management, and employment law.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will draft, review, and maintain corporate governance documents, provide clear guidance on corporate structure, tax intersections, and jurisdictional considerations, and manage contract lifecycles.

You will also advise on employment contracts, disputes, and regulatory requirements, support HR in addressing workplace issues, and serve as an accessible, reliable legal partner to leaders across the business.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a lawyer, paralegal, compliance officer, or legal admin
  • Prior work in startups, BPOs, legal services, or international firms
  • Exposure to contract work, cross-border documentation, or research-heavy roles
