Job Title: Project Compliance Specialist

About the Role:

The Project Compliance Specialist plays a vital part in ensuring seamless operations within manufacturing environments. This role oversees and supports administrative and technical processes related to permits, regulatory documentation, and government compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regulatory Compliance Coordination: Coordinate and manage regulatory permits and compliance documentation, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely submissions.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical and administrative support to project teams, ensuring efficient workflow and resolution of issues.
  • Timeline Management: Monitor permit timelines, follow-ups, and renewals, proactively addressing any potential discrepancies or delays.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, construction, and legal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain an organized database of permits, certificates, and compliance records, facilitating easy access and retrieval.
  • Liaison Services: Act as liaison between the organization and government bodies, fostering positive relationships and resolving queries efficiently.
  • Audit Support: Provide assistance during internal audits and compliance reviews, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Licensed Engineer (any relevant discipline).
  • Minimum 5-7 years of work experience in manufacturing or greenfield projects.
  • Strong familiarity with regulatory requirements and local government approvals.
  • Proven experience in handling technical documentation and coordination with regulatory bodies.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
