We are seeking an experienced Bidding Specialist to lead the bidding process for government contracts. This role requires in-depth knowledge of government procurement processes and regulations, as well as strong analytical and strategic skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze government solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, ITBs) to identify opportunities aligned with our company offerings.
  • Prepare, review, and submit competitive bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
  • Conduct cost estimation, pricing analysis, and risk assessment to develop effective bidding strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather input and create accurate and compelling proposals.
  • Liaise with government agencies to clarify requirements and strengthen business relationships.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in bidding for U.S. government contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and government procurement processes.
  • Expertise in preparing and submitting compliant bids, including experience with pricing models and cost estimation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working with federal agencies or government contract platforms.
  • Certifications such as Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
