Job Title: Marketing Automation Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead and optimize marketing automation initiatives across the organization.

This role will involve planning, executing, and enhancing automated marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless data flow between platforms and driving lead nurturing programs.

Collaboration with marketing and sales teams is essential to deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing automation campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and enhance Eloqua workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, and nurturing programs to maximize ROI.
  • Ensure smooth integration and data alignment between Eloqua and Salesforce for marketing activities.
  • Monitor key automation and campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to deliver consistent and impactful communications that drive results.
  • Maintain database health, compliance, and best practices for email and marketing automation to ensure legal and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Research trends, new tools, and best practices in marketing automation to drive continuous improvement and stay ahead of industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field such as marketing, business, or computer science.
  • 5 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua (certification preferred) and familiarity with Salesforce (preferably Marketing and/or Sales Cloud).
  • Knowledge of campaign performance analysis and marketing KPIs, with the ability to develop and implement data-driven strategies.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping to drive personalized experiences.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, analytical, and results-driven mindset with strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
