Job Description:

We're seeking a Sales Development Representative to excel in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and engaging new leads through cold calls, email campaigns, and social outreach to introduce remote talent services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough research to identify potential clients-startups, SMBs, and agencies that would benefit from hiring remote staff.
  • Developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of sales opportunities across various industries.
  • Conducting discovery calls to understand client hiring challenges and providing solutions.
  • Closing small to mid-sized deals independently or referring them to leadership when appropriate.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Providing feedback on outreach success, trends, and objections to improve targeting and pitch.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, outbound sales, and cold calling.
  • Demonstrated ability to book qualified calls and close deals independently.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a neutral accent.
  • Strong conversationalist with charisma and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Professional on-camera presence with confidence, grooming, and engagement in video calls.
  • Reliable internet and quiet work environment for calls and demos.
  • Proficiency in essential tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Premium, and HubSpot.
