To drive the success and growth of our business-to-business (B2B) travel commerce partners in Asia Pacific, we seek a skilled professional to join our Partner Success team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for executing partner strategy, driving engagement, and ensuring partners are fully enabled to grow with our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the partner success strategy for HTS Commerce, focusing on maximizing partner satisfaction, driving adoption of additional travel products, and increasing overall revenue performance.
- Lead onboarding, enablement, and day-to-day engagement for partners, acting as their advocate within the organization.
- Drive adoption of new products, features, and upsell opportunities across our travel commerce platform.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve partner issues, ensure smooth operations, and deliver an excellent partner experience.
- Leverage analytical tools and data to monitor product performance, assess customer feedback, and make data-backed decisions to optimize product offerings.
