Frontline Support Specialist

Job Description
The Frontline Support Specialist role is critical in ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective support. As a Frontline Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and resolving issues promptly.
Responsibilities
- Issue Resolution
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and remain calm under stress.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others.
