We are seeking a Customer Support professional to deliver prompt, high-quality responses to customer inquiries. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and professional with strong research skills and the ability to adapt to various requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and respond to inbound and support-related inquiries in real-time, providing clear and helpful responses.
- Open and monitor Jira tickets, escalating internally as needed.
- Understand customer context to offer relevant and strategic support.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills: verbal, written, and reading (essential).
- 4+ years of experience in customer support preferably in SaaS, eCommerce, or tech (required).
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization best practices.
- Ability to problem-solve and provide thoughtful and accurate responses.
