As a customer service professional, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and contractors, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
Job Type: Full-time, Graveyard Shift (7 PM- 4 AM)
Work Setup: Onsite - Iloilo Gateway Hotel & Suites, Pavia, Iloilo City
Our organization has partnered with a leading provider of risk and compliance auditing and management services to the built property sector. Our clients are some of the largest corporations in Australia, and we employ a four-pillar approach to risk and compliance management - Essential Services Management, Property Risk, Height Safety, and Emergency Management.
Key Responsibilities- Interpreting client needs and validating requirements
- Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Effective communication with clients and contractors
- Maintaining internal and external service standards
- Tracking and closure of outstanding jobs within agreed KPIs
- Participating in staff development and system enhancements
- Fresh graduates or individuals with two years of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (phone and email)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in customer-facing roles is advantageous
- Attention to detail and accuracy are essential
- Ability to work individually and as part of a high-performing team
- Capacity to prioritize tasks, multitask, and manage time efficiently
