Main Duties, Responsibilities and Performance Indicators

  • Overall in charge of Warehouse operations and inventory management of Mabalacat Plant
  • Inventory accuracy (actual count vs system ), warehouse capacity utilization , picking accuracy ( stocks layout vs overall total pick product )  , employee productivity and  operational expense  reduction
  • Keep everything in order , from managing stocks movement , people and assets safety .
  • The managers make sure to deploy  and train competent employees to finish the task from receiving , issuance of stocks to production , to issuance of finished products to store  accurately and on time
  • Warehouse management inefficiency could result in additional cost to the company so we need to give accurate and on time services to our customers both external and internal.
  • Adhere with the Plant Good Warehousing practices which is being monitored by QA department.
  • Ensure  to eliminate damages or disposal resulting from improper stocks handling
  • In charge of hiring competent employees
  • Planning and forecasting the stocks maintaining level
  • In charge of performance evaluation of employees.

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of any business related course
  • Has worked in the food industry
  • Has at least 5 years experience as warehouse / inventory management supervisor .
