This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Advocate. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues efficiently, and providing expert advice on our products and services.
Main Duties:- Respond to customer inquiries via various channels, including phone, email, and chat, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams, working closely with colleagues to resolve problems quickly and effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, utilizing data analysis to inform future decisions and optimize performance.
Essential Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a BPO environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive business decisions.
- Proficiency in HCM software, with the ability to troubleshoot software configurations.
