**Deal Desk Quality Specialist**

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough audits of deals processed by the Deal Desk to guarantee accuracy in quoting, pricing, discounting, contract terms, and order entry.
  • Collaborate with the Deal Desk Lead and Manager to provide structured feedback and insights from monitoring and audits, identifying trends or gaps in policy adherence, order accuracy, and documentation.
  • Serve as a trusted resource and advisor to Sales and Account teams, reviewing deal submissions and contact points to ensure adherence to internal policies, pricing structures, and procedural requirements.
  • Offer timely feedback and highlights on contracts, pricing, and sales issues.
  • Participate in internal and client-facing calibration sessions to ensure consistency in quality expectations, process execution, and decision-making across stakeholders.
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on deal quality, process compliance, and exception trends to inform stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to resolve deal-related issues, improve workflow efficiency, and support a seamless order-to-cash process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in Order-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, Contracts Management, Bid Management, or B2B Sales Fulfillment operations.
  • The ability to understand complex deal structures and commercial contracts.
  • Experience in Dynamics CRM and Salesforce CRM is preferred.
  • A college undergrad degree with at least 2 years; associate or diploma holders also accepted.
  • A minimum of 12 months total BPO experience.
