Job Overview

The Pricing Analyst role involves reviewing and evaluating deals, analyzing economic factors, customer value, and market dynamics to support business decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support sales teams in deal structuring and approval for efficient and accurate handling of non-standard deals.
  • Review deal economics, including gross margin, contribution margin, payment terms, and other financial implications.
  • Analyze deals in various cohorts against historical customer value lenses.
  • Examine competitive dynamics and win-loss data.
  • Develop expertise in category strategies, client purchase patterns, and key economic levers as inputs into the deal review process.

This position provides strategic support to the APAC Deal Desk lead, focusing on favorable pricing to enhance gross profit and continuous improvement of operational processes.

Requirements:
  • Degree in a field related to Business, Finance, Commerce, or a similar requirement.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in pricing, finance, deal/bid desk, or similar positions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex analysis, summarize, and implement recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have prior work experience in cross-functional environments, with demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with sales and related teams.
