Technical Support Specialist

This role involves providing technical support to customers nationwide, ensuring the smooth operation of cranes and equipment.
The successful candidate will possess strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical knowledge, with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities- Perform regular maintenance checks on cranes and equipment, identifying any issues that may impact performance or safety.
- Conduct thorough inspections and diagnosis, using technical diagrams and manuals as required.
- Provide training and commissioning services to customers, ensuring they are confident in operating new or used equipment.
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations, providing expert advice on maintenance and repairs.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to develop effective solutions to customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, including timesheets and field service reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Technology or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively.
- Able to work efficiently and effectively, managing time and priorities to meet deadlines.
- Ability to travel extensively, both locally and nationally, as required.
- Basic computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
