Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Real Estate Development Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for homeowners in Arizona, Florida, and Texas who may be experiencing challenging life events.

This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact by helping individuals during difficult times while also earning commission on every successful closed deal you help bring in.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in daily outbound calls to homeowners using a pre-qualified lead list.
  • Conduct empathetic and professional conversations to understand the seller's situation.
  • Qualify leads by identifying interest, motivation, and property conditions.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of selling and how our solutions can help them.
  • Closely collaborate with the acquisitions team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
  • Maintain detailed records in our CRM and consistently follow up to nurture leads.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in real estate, sales, or cold calling is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially over the phone.
  • Comfortable speaking with individuals going through sensitive life situations.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to earn commission through successful deals.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and real estate platforms is a plus.
Benefits:

The rate is $6 plus commission.
