Job Title: EDI Coordinator

This is a mid-senior level position that requires strong technical skills and business acumen. The EDI Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring seamless data exchange between our organization and trading partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain EDI systems to ensure uninterrupted data exchange with partners
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues related to EDI, collaborating with internal and external teams to achieve timely resolution
  • Coordinate setup of new EDI trading partners and document implementations
  • Recommend enhancements to systems and processes to optimize EDI efficiency
  • Manage account setup, including generating web users and EDI, BOL, and carrier account numbers
  • Communicate with clients, carriers, and internal teams to manage and resolve billing and rate discrepancies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in EDI, transportation industry, or logistics field
  • Experience with SPS Commerce and other Logistics Software Systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
