EDI Analyst

As a seasoned EDI expert, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless data exchange with our partners. Your mission will be to monitor EDI communications, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain uninterrupted business processes.

About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Monitor EDI communications to ensure timely data exchange with partners
    • Troubleshoot EDI-related issues and collaborate with internal teams for resolution
    • Coordinate new EDI trading partner onboarding and testing
    • Analyze system health and recommend enhancements to optimize EDI efficiency
    • Manage daily transportation requirements, including tracking and scheduling shipments
    • Perform critical customer service duties, including order creation and expediting
    • Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee prompt and efficient delivery of goods
  • Requirements:
    • 2+ years of experience in Transportation Industry or Logistics field
    • 1+ year of experience in Customer Service or related field
    • Expertise in analyzing written materials and quantitative data
    • Proficiency in using logistics software systems to track shipments and inventory
