Role Summary:
We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage the processing of freight and cargo operations. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of EDI, incoterms, customs regulations, and procedures.

The primary duty of this role is to ensure accurate and efficient data entry within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) guidelines. A good communicator, the Logistics Coordinator must be comfortable with email, chat, and online meetings. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for this position.

Key Requirements:
  • Knowledgeable in EDI or incoterms
  • Familiar with freight/brokerage operations
  • Experience in using CargoWise or similar systems
  • Hold a valid Customs Broker license
