Real Estate Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled customer support specialist to join our team. This role will primarily focus on supporting clients in the real estate technology (PropTech) and brokerage sectors.
This is a fast-paced, metrics-driven position that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple support channels.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a structured environment and excel under performance goals. They will also be eager to grow in a client-facing support role.
\Key Responsibilities- Provide frontline technical support via phone, email, and live chat (inbound & outbound calls: 4–7 hours daily).
- Troubleshoot issues using step-by-step SOPs, process guides, and provided tools.
- Manage support tickets and inquiries, ensuring SLA and CSAT targets are consistently met.
- Collaborate with leadership in daily check-ins for coaching, feedback, and training reviews.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer success.
- Experience handling live chat, phone, and email support.
- Strong situational awareness and problem-solving skills.
- Clear, professional communication skills.
- Starting salary: $600 during training, then $800 after training and probation.
