Executive Virtual Assistant– Real Estate Support
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Virtual Assistant to provide vital back-office support and client communication to a real estate professional. This role requires exceptional organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage and respond to emails and client communications professionally, handle follow-ups with clients, agents, and vendors.
- Maintain and update the CRM system, assist with scheduling, document management, and task tracking.
- Coordinate tasks between the real estate team and external partners, support lead generation and appointment setting as needed.
The ideal candidate will have strong written and spoken English skills, experience in the real estate industry, and proficiency in CRM systems. They will also be self-starters with high initiative, organized, and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities.
Key ResponsibilitiesJob Description:
- Provide administrative support to real estate professionals, including email management, calendar organization, and data entry.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to maintain relationships with clients and partners.
