Job Role: Workflow Automation Specialist
Work Schedule: Flexible schedule, 30 hours per week (AU Time Zone)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement efficient processes to boost productivity and reduce errors.
- Set up and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base using Notion and potentially HubSpot to improve information accessibility and team collaboration.
- Identify and integrate AI tools and solutions across platforms to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize no-code and low-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, Airtable) to create seamless integrations and custom workflows that streamline operations.
- Provide training and ongoing support to team members on using Notion, HubSpot, Zapier, Asana, and other integrated tools, ensuring proficiency and confidence in utilizing these systems.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with process improvement, automation, and systems integration.
- Excellent analytical skills to identify and solve workflow issues.
- Strong communication and training skills to effectively teach team members.
- A proactive and confident approach to leading initiatives and implementing solutions.
