We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive on building AI- and LLM-powered workflows to streamline marketing operations, content production, and competitive analysis.Key Responsibilities
  • We design and implement automated workflows using Make.com, Lindy, Gumloop, and related tools.
  • The successful candidate will build and manage LLM-powered processes to generate, track, and organize marketing content.
  • They will integrate tools to produce and monitor brand identity kits, content calendars, and posts.
  • A key responsibility is automating account monitoring, logs, and reporting.
  • The candidate will support SEO-focused initiatives through competitor research automation.
  • They will develop systems to centralize data and insights for decision-making.
  • Working closely with marketing and client delivery teams to identify opportunities for automation.
  • Collaboration is key; the candidate will train team members on new automations and document processes for scalability.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in workflow automation, marketing ops, or technical product roles.
  • Hands-on expertise with Make.com, Lindy, Gumloop, Zapier, or equivalent automation tools.
  • A strong understanding of LLMs and generative AI workflows is essential.
  • Experience building automations for content, marketing, and SEO functions is a must.
  • An analytical mindset and ability to work with data, logs, and competitive research are required.
This is a part-time/project-based role requiring flexibility to work 20 hours per week, primarily in EST, with the possibility of working with global clients.
