Job Title

A seasoned accounting professional with expertise in managing financial transactions for real estate properties is required. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of AppFolio and QuickBooks Online, ensuring accuracy in accounting records and providing valuable financial insights to support business decisions.

This role involves managing day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Utilizing AppFolio, the successful candidate will manage property accounting, tenant ledgers, rent payments, owner statements, and property reports. Additionally, they will maintain and reconcile accounts using QuickBooks Online to ensure accurate financial data.

The selected individual will process monthly bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly. They will also prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review. Furthermore, they will assist with year-end audits and tax preparation, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and applicable regulations.

To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
