Job Title: HR Associate Role

An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Associate. This part-time role involves supporting the hiring process, managing job postings and editing, and participating in talent development.


About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Understanding and navigating the hiring process and job postings
  • Supporting applicants and sourcing, working closely with the Hiring Manager
  • Contributing to the continual development and organization of talent needs
  • Sending CVs to the Hiring Manager from Monday to Friday

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A senior high school or college degree is preferred
  • No prior experience is required, but a willingness to be trained is essential; free coaching or training will be provided
  • The ability to work with own laptop or gadgets for sourcing and filtering
  • Knowledge of MS Software and Canva is necessary
