BIM Specialist with Revit Experience

The BIM Specialist is a key member of the production team responsible for creating the majority of project drawings. This role works closely with BIM Job Captains and the BIM Manager to produce drawings with the highest level of detail and accuracy.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work under the direction of BIM Job Captains and the BIM Manager.
  • Revise models based on reviews and ensure accuracy of outputs.
  • Follow BIM Execution Plans and project workflow criteria.
  • Produce precise construction documents from BIM models.
  • Create custom parametric families based on project requirements and specifications.
  • Review and provide solutions for minor MEPF clashes, and assist the Job Captain in preparing reports for major clashes and design issues.
  • Assist the Job Captain in implementing proper shared coordinates across all projects.
  • Support the Job Captain in monitoring scheduled submissions, task assignments, and overall team progress.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Architecture or any Engineering course.
  • PRC license is an advantage but not required.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in BIM, with at least 5 years of total experience using Revit.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM-related software.
  • Capable of reading and interpreting plans in at least three AEC disciplines.
