Job Description Description

We are seeking a talented Revit Landscape BIM Specialist to join our team in Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative landscape designs using advanced BIM technology, ensuring that our projects meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed landscape designs using Revit and BIM software.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate landscape elements into overall project designs.
  • Prepare and present design proposals and technical drawings to clients and project teams.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards in landscape design.
  • Conduct site assessments and surveys to inform landscape design decisions.
Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in landscape architecture or related field.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM software.
  • Strong understanding of landscape design principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of local zoning laws, environmental regulations, and sustainability practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
