We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our team, responsible for creating innovative architectural designs, developing detailed construction documents, and producing high-quality 3D models and visualizations.

  • Create architectural design concepts that meet client requirements and project goals
  • Develop detailed construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details using Revit
  • Utilize 3ds Max to produce realistic 3D models and visualizations for design presentations and client reviews
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and project feasibility
  • Conduct site visits to ensure designs are being implemented according to plans and standards
  • Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technology advancements
  • Prepare and present design proposals to clients, addressing feedback and making necessary adjustments
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field, proven experience as an Architect, proficiency in Revit, and expertise in 3ds Max.
