Job Title: Product Development ManagerOverview

As a product development manager, you will be responsible for improving our supplement products by focusing on taste, packaging, and customer experience. You will gather customer feedback through surveys and calls to drive meaningful changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Feedback & Insights: Gather, analyze and act on customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct calls to ensure that offerings exceed customer expectations.
  • Product Optimization: Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to enhance product taste, formulation, and packaging.
  • Market & Competitor Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends and benchmark against competitors.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, supply chain, and design teams to align product improvements with brand positioning.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to measure the success of product improvements and iterate accordingly.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all product changes comply with industry regulations and quality standards.
  • Customer Experience Enhancement: Develop strategies to improve the unboxing experience, branding, and overall product experience.
Requirements

For this role, we are looking for someone who is proactive, strategic, and able to drive product innovation through customer insights. We value strong analytical skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • 3+ Years of experience in product management within the supplements or health & wellness industry.
  • Proven experience in improving product taste, formulation, and packaging.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior, survey methodologies, and product testing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working remotely.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics, or similar tools).
