Strategic Product Development Lead

As a seasoned product professional, you will drive the development and growth of our flagship product. With a strong background in product management and a passion for innovation, you will translate strategy into actionable plans and lead cross-functional teams to successful execution.

Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills and a proven track record of launching and scaling successful products. They possess expertise in agile methodologies, data-driven decision-making, and user research. The ability to articulate a clear vision, prioritize tasks effectively, and influence senior leadership is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend assessments to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Set and track key product KPIs and success metrics to measure impact and inform decision-making.
  • Influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams with data-driven insights and compelling narratives.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the SaaS space.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling successful products.
  • Strong experience in agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management.
  • Expertise in data-driven decision-making, user research, and analytics tools.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
